ATK-B6 miniature circuit breakers

ATK-B6 covers 6–63 A with 6 kA breaking capacity; ATK-B6(H) extends to 80 A and lists 10 kA. Confirm the installation-point fault current before selecting a version. The high-breaking option also has its own dimensions and accessory arrangement. Compare the exact version throughout the electrical and installation tables, rather than treating the H suffix as only a higher current rating.

The listed instantaneous ranges are C: 5–10 In and D: 10–15 In. Assess normal operating current, startup peaks and the available fault current together. A D curve can accommodate a different starting profile, but also needs sufficient fault current to achieve the intended disconnection. Select the curve and current rating as a coordinated pair; changing only the letter is not a solution to every unwanted trip.

OF reports switch position; SD indicates a trip; MX provides shunt tripping. Undervoltage and overvoltage accessories have different control roles. Confirm accessory compatibility, mounting side and module width for the selected standard or H version. The MX+OF contact is a powered contact arrangement, not a generic dry contact. Check its electrical interface before connecting it to a monitoring input.
