Electric vehicle insulation monitoring module
The insulation monitor is used to monitor the insulation resistance between the high-voltage components (0–1000 V) of the power supply system of electric vehicles (pure electric or hybrid) and the reference ground (vehicle chassis ground). It can identify insulation faults on the DC side and the AC motor side coupled to it, and monitor symmetrical and asymmetrical insulation faults.
Output fault, warning, alarm and measurement information through the photoelectric isolation interface Tx. The host computer can send setting commands through the optical isolation interface Rx.

Electrical parameters
§ Power supply 12VDC 20% (isolated power supply required)
Continuous measurement of insulation resistance: 0–10 MΩ.
Insulation resistance measurement response time: less than 10 s.
§ Adaptive system leakage capacitance (≤ 1μF)
§ Used in ungrounded systems of electric vehicles (IT systems)
§ Voltage 0 ~ 1000V AC and DC system insulation fault monitoring
§ uart communication function (photoelectric isolation)
Product features
isoEV-emb generates pulse measurement signals that are superimposed on the ungrounded system (IT system) via terminals L+/L− and E1, and the measurement results are output via the Tx terminal. Installation and chassis connection should follow the technical documentation of this model.
