Turn field signals into communication data

Automation sites contain temperature, switching and analog signals. The ATK-SC series acquires and converts them for monitoring communication, establishing an information path from field equipment to the monitoring endpoint.

Choose connections for the site

The scheme references RS485, Modbus/RTU, Modbus/TCP and LoRa wireless interfaces. Protocols, physical interfaces and network structures must be checked separately rather than treated as interchangeable. Confirm each combination against the corresponding device documentation.

Information collection, transmission and HMI

The ATK-SC series is used for the collection and conversion of on-site signals such as temperature, switching and analog quantities. RS485 is a serial communication interface, Modbus RTU can be used for the corresponding serial link; Modbus TCP communicates over a TCP/IP network. The specific interface, protocol and gateway combination is configured according to the selected model.

LoRa wireless communication provides another connection method for on-site device status transmission. The networking range, gateway and upper system access should be determined based on the device configuration and on-site conditions.

Select the ATK-SC sub-series according to signal type and interface conditions, and connect the adapted device data to the monitoring system.
